Timeframes
Once your order is placed, the website content must be submitted via our digital form that will be opened after the order is paid. Within 2 working days upon receiving your order we will contact you via email to check, amend and confirm all the information provided.

After full payment & final wording has been agreed we will follow up with a digital proof of your selected website design within 7 business days.

Two rounds of revision is included after the delivery of the initial website. Content alterations will take up to 3 working days after a request is made. If additional revision rounds are required they can be charged extra at €30/hour. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

Our designs are thoughtfully created and all elements are intentionally selected to create the best overall design. We do not offer any major changes to the design layouts featured in our Wedding Websites Designs. When choosing your Design we recommend paying special attention to the wording layout.

When choosing one of our Stationery styles, text and images only changes are permitted.

In case dates, location or other details of the event are changed, we can correct that information for you free of charge.
Pricing Details

Nevertheless, if you wish to cancel an order please to let us know via the contact form on the website as soon as possible, and we will see what we can do. In case the work under your purchase is not started yet, we will consider full or partial refund in each individual case.

Timeframes
Digital Printing Timeline
Digitally printed stationery takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks upon final approval, plus shipping.

Foil printing, Letterpress printing, Blind Embossing Timeline
Foil, Letterpress printed and Blind Embossed stationery takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks upon final approval, plus shipping.

Once your order is placed, the wording must be submitted via our digital form that will be emailed to you within your order confirmation.

After full payment & final wording has been received we will follow up with a digital proof of your selected invitation suite within 3 business days.

Two rounds of revision is included after the delivery of the initial digital proof. This revision round can include minor text changes. Text alterations will take up to 3 working days after a request is made. If additional revision rounds are required they can be charged extra. To help reduce wording on the Stationery, we recommend adding a 'details card' or purchasing a wedding website with your own bespoke domain name.
Design Specifications
Our designs are thoughtfully created and all elements are intentionally selected to create the best overall design. We do not offer any major changes to the design layouts featured in our Semi-Custom Collection. When choosing your Semi-Custom suite design we recommend paying special attention to the wording layout. For example, if you would like to include your parents names, choose a suite design that features this wording layout.

When choosing one of our Stationery styles, text only changes are permitted.

We recommend carefully reviewing your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. We cannot make additional changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.

Any requests outside of the options will be available soon within our online ordering forms and will require a customisation request. This will allow you to choose custom ink colours, various typography styles, paper colours, and print methods. You will be asked to fill out our Custom Request Questionnaire for additional customisation options.
Variations
The hand-crafted nature of letterpress creates slight variations from one printed piece to the next. Any slight irregularities are not flaws, but the result of the artisanal process of working with a century old, antique printing press. We strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly like the screen color.
Availability
We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or embellishments displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers, particularly during peak seasons. If your selections are unavailable we will notify you and present you with alternative options of the same quality. To ensure paper availability for our Semi-Custom clients, we work with a number of paper suppliers whose product aesthetic may vary slightly from the example photos on our website.

Our services are offered on a first come, first served basis. Occasionally, we may become fully booked and unable to accept new orders. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your place in our production schedule. In the event that an order is placed that we are unable to fulfill a refund will be given.

After lengthy negotiations with UPS, we established preferential international rates for all our global clients, so of course we send all our shipments via UPS Express Saver (AIR). Purchases are shipped via UPS with standard delivery times from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Be sure to note that orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. Any import taxes that may apply in your country will be the customer's responsibility.

All UPS packages include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We are not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping. However, we have chosen the best carrier to avoid any disruptions.

Due to the COVID-19 situation we recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our side, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.

West Avenue Paper also request clients to inspect their Invitation and stationery products and to report any errors within 7 working days. West Avenue Paper will attend to these errors during this period only.
